  • Failure to pay within the specified period may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the package type, service provider, and time of cancellation.
  • Booking fees, flight tickets, and hotel reservations may be non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–21 working days.

4. Travel Documents

  • Guests are responsible for carrying valid government ID, passports, visas, and permits.
  • J&A Tours and Travels is not responsible for issues arising from invalid or missing documents.

5. Itinerary Changes

  • Itineraries may be modified due to weather, political situations, or unavoidable circumstances.
  • No refund will be offered for unused services due to guest decisions or unforeseen events.

  • We act only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport partners).
  • We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of property, or service disruptions beyond our control.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must follow safety instructions and local laws during their trip.
  • Any damage to property caused by guests must be compensated directly to the provider.

8. Force Majeure

J&A Tours and Travels is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, or other events beyond our control.
