What travel documents do I need as an Indian citizen for international trips?
You must carry a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity, the required visas for the countries you’re visiting, and your travel insurance papers. Keep copies of your flight bookings, hotel confirmations, and proof of funds if needed. It’s also smart to keep photocopies and digital backups of all documents.
When should I book my holiday package?
For international travel, it’s best to book 6–12 months in advance, especially during busy periods like summer or year-end holidays. Domestic trips can be planned 1–3 months before. Off-season travel may offer good last-minute deals, but early booking usually guarantees better prices and availability.
What payment methods are available? Do you offer instalment plans?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, online banking, and direct bank transfers. For trips planned well ahead, we offer flexible payment options—typically a 25–30% initial deposit, with the balance payable in stages and completed at least 30 days before departure.
Do your packages include travel insurance, and what is covered?
Many of our international packages come with basic travel insurance that includes medical emergency coverage, trip cancellation protection, and compensation for lost baggage. For added peace of mind—especially when visiting countries with high medical costs—we recommend upgrading to a more comprehensive plan. Optional add-ons include adventure sports coverage, higher medical limits, and COVID-19-related benefits.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation terms differ depending on the destination and type of package. Typically, cancellations made more than 30 days before travel incur a 10% charge. Cancellations between 15–29 days may involve a 25–50% fee, and bookings cancelled within 14 days of departure may be non-refundable. Exceptional situations (force majeure) are reviewed individually. We strongly suggest availing travel insurance to safeguard against sudden cancellations.
Can itineraries be customized based on special needs or interests?
Yes, definitely. We excel in personalized travel planning. Whether you require wheelchair-accessible arrangements, are travelling with kids, celebrating a milestone, or have niche interests such as photography, food experiences, or wildlife tours—we can modify existing packages or curate fully customized itineraries. It’s best to share special requests during the initial consultation.
How can I get the best deals on international flight tickets?
For the most economical fares, book your flights 6–8 months in advance, particularly during peak seasons. Being flexible with travel dates also helps, as weekday flights are usually cheaper than weekend departures. Our fare calendar highlights the lowest available rates, and for multi-country trips, our team can design optimized flight routes that often cost less than booking separate tickets.
What is the visa processing time for major travel destinations?
Visa timelines differ depending on the country. Schengen visas generally take 10–15 working days, the UK visa process can take 3–5 weeks, and US visa appointments may require long wait times (currently around 12 months), followed by 3–5 days of processing. Some countries offer visa-on-arrival or visa-free entry for Indian travellers. During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required. Our visa team assists with documentation and tracks application progress for you.
What are the best mobile/data options for Indians travelling abroad?
International roaming plans from Indian providers are convenient but often expensive. For trips longer than five days, buying a local SIM card typically provides better value. We can also include portable WiFi devices in your package, allowing multiple devices to stay connected. Download essential apps and offline maps in advance, and use messaging apps optimized for low data usage.
